You can exercise anywhere and anytime! You probably have been exercising without even knowing it. When you go outside there is a 99.9% chance that you exercising.
When you exercise, many organs are affected. The most affected organ is the heart. Exercise also helps you lose weight. Exercise gives you a lower risk for diabetes, lung disease and heart disease. |
You also don't necessarily need to be outside to exercise, and it doesn't have to warm outside either! You can work out anywhere in your humble, little home. Push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups are equally as healthy as going for a run, as long as you do the right amount, and go for sixty minutes a day! Exercise strengthens your muscles.
